Preparation:
Insert VIRUMIU MEN bag in a mug and pour it with boiling water
Brew in a cup or mug
Temperature ca. 100 degrees Celsius
Brew from 5 to 10 minutes
Application:
1 bag three times a day (three portions of infusion - 250 ml), the best way is 30 minutes prior to the main meal.
Keep in a dry room in room temperature. Keep out of light. Keep away from children.
